CONFESSIONS OF A CHOCOHOLIC

YUMMY CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
CHOCOHOLIC
Ok I have to confess I have had this problem quite a number of years it seems to be getting worse the older I become , Im blaming my parents they got me on to it well I have to blame someone dont I its never the addicts fault is it.
Its also on the increase worldwide oh dear I wonder if thats my fault you see I just adore chocolate , I blame these people in Switzerland and Belgium for making it taste soo delicious in fact I need to pay them a visit soon as my local shopping mall has run out , apparently I have depleted all their stocks !
The kids in the neighbourhood have also started this habit , you see I have to confess the kids have seen me eating the chocs on my front lawn and of course they ask can they have some too so how can I refuse . I am probably going to get angry parents knocking on my door for having started their children on this habit.
I have tried to cut down I really have but my sweet tooth keeps pleading for more what am I to do, my doctor has said now you really must limit your intake just have one square a day not the whole box ! ok Doc I will cut down to just the half box then a quarter of the box ..then to the one square , then he preceeded to tell me he has booked me into the local clinic for chocolate addicts and would I be agreeable to this or course I would well I will have to ask sweet tooth first Doc I felt like saying ! haha...
I went in the following day quite reluctantly knowing what lay ahead having and needing to curb my addiction boo. First I had to have my bag searched for any choccies yes of course they found some hidden away which had to be handed over ( I think Im going to call them the chocolate police) before I was introduced to the rest of the chocolate addicts there seemed to be quite a few addicts, at least 20 or more people.
We were all introduced then we were asked why we had started this "habit" was it stress or what and give our reasons . well I really couldnt think of any I just loved the darn stuff full stop being too delicious thats what.
I met this lady who was on at least 3 boxes a day wow that takes some doing I am a novice compared to her only eating the 1 box ! I think she will find the going tough poor thing...
Thechocolate police as I call them check our rooms out to make sure we havent got any more choccies stashed away .
We are allowed chocolate after lunch but only 2 squares a day !!! I dont think I am going to last this long here I am used to a whole box heck . The docs here said thats our lot get used to it ... well I am thinking off going out to the shops with Mrs 3 boxes a day when nobody is looking I dont think I am going to last the pace here cutting down is much too hard and sweet tooth is complaining......

Hi :)
I love cherry chocolate!
I am not such a major chocoholic as I used to be. :)
Once, I woke early in the morning ~ maybe 5am ~ and had a strong desire for chocolate. I got up and looked for a bar ~ but we had none! However, we did have the ingredients for a chocolate cake (including drinking chocolate) so, at 5 o'clock in the morning, I made myself a chocolate cake! I'm not a great cook ~ but I did enjoy it :)
You would probably enjoy visiting Cadbury's. You can stand outside and breathe in the rich chocolatey fragrance. It is amazing!!!
I try to resist but people will bring chocs as a gift and then i can't waste them can I?Very funny hub!!
OK if you hold a gun to my head!
I must admit chocolate can be surprisingly addictive. i have never been a fan of chocolate and can actually count the number of times I have had chocolate in a year. However I must admit that two weeks ago, I found myself eating a large sized bar of cadburys chocolate every afternoon around 3pm for about five continuous days. I began to have cravings at the same time everyday and had the utmost satisfaction when I felt the chocolate melt in my mouth. What actually made me stop is the fact that I have been doing tummy crunches and didn't want to embark on a worthless fitness journey.
Great hub.
What can I say lilian1, happy choco fix :0)

Here is a sad bit of info for you. There are people who are allergic to chocolate. Yes, really. Just imagine that!
